I'm glad Stadia is gone. Such a lame idea for games. It's not even attainable by everyone- and isn't that the whole point of video games? To be inclusive and fun? You don't even own the games you pay for, but I guess the same argument could be made about Steam so it's moot.

Apple doesn't just control hardware decisions but also what you can see in the store. That's obviously not a big deal for people in the US but it is if you live in a small country in the middle of nowhere. Oh that explains a lot with corsairs PSUs. I know they had a recall which I did check with mine, an SFX unit. Turns out it was a dud even though it didnt fit that criteria. Work told me its probably becuase it wasnt the main target of the recall but still had some issues. Either way, that is my main reason I dont buy corsair besides the keyboards, RAM, coolers, mice and headsets :D

I've tried to play Stadia with 1gig Fiber internet with 18 ping to google servers and I still can't stand the button delay. Maybe if you were a super casual player it would be "ok" for you. For real gamers it just feels garbage and always will.

As a Stadia user I can confirm it's shit. Even using a wired connection on my PC with nothing else running and no other tabs open and no one else in the house I get extreme stutter often enough I give up after about 40mins play time. I haven't turned off WiFi on my router to disconnect my smart devices to see if that makes a difference because I wouldn't bother doing that everytime I wanted to play although from one article I read that did make a difference.

The fact that I can play cyberpunk and Doom Eternal on all of 3 year old technology and have a wonderful time is something that people don't make a big enough deal about. I saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars by playing games on Stadia and it's been great. I'm all about people playing where they want so enjoy waiting to spend a ton of money.
